Product Description

Clay light insulation brick, also known as clay heat insulation brick, is made of fire clay as the main raw material Al2O3 content of 30%~48% heat insulation refractory products. The production process adopts burnt-out additive method and foam method. The product with bulk density of 0.3~1.3g/cm³ was obtained by mixing, mixing, drying and sintering with fireclay, bleach bead and fireclay clinker as raw materials, adding binder and sawdust. Light clay brick is used as insulation material for all parts of gas producer. The operating temperature is 1200-1400ºC. The output of clay insulating brick accounts for more than half of the total output of insulating refractory brick.

Light clay insulation brick has the characteristics of high fire resistance temperature, low thermal conductivity, good heat insulation and insulation performance, etc., mainly used in high temperature industrial kiln insulation layer or insulation layer, to reduce the heat loss of the kiln and improve the efficiency of energy utilization, mostly used in the construction of steel plant chimneys.

Typical applications:
Lightweight clay insulation bricks can be used in hot surface refractory or other refractory support insulation for melting furnaces, ignition kilns, flues, refining units, heating units, regenerative units, gas furnaces and pipelines, soaking furnaces, annealing furnaces, reaction chambers and other industrial thermal processing equipment.
